Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the www.bidforbuy.com website. 

Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. All the products and the price shown on the website is regularly updated by Bid for Buy.
2. All international currency conversion is calculated by Bid for Buy does not have any influence on the rate.
3. Bid for Buy will not be responsible for any swap, change, or exchange of any order item after the recipient has signed and received the order
4. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address and contact details of the recipient. Bid for Buy is not responsible for delays in delivery or no-shows on delivery dates and times due to wrong information in the order.
5. Bidder have to pay 10 % advance payment for confirming the auction
6. xpay is an independent company and Bid for Buy is a client. We do not hold any responsibility for any changes in their policy.
7. Bid for Buy does not store any payment data (like credit card number, account pin number, etc.) on this site or on the server. All payments are processed by payment gateway.
8. Bid for Buy order delivery service is licensed as Bid for Buy (Trade License No ________).  Any legal issue and dispute will be dealt with under the law of the People's Republic of Bangladesh
9. You agree with XPAY when completing payment using the XPAY payment gateway.
10. We collect information that you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us. This information may include the following: Your name, Your mailing address, Your e-mail address, and Your phone number. It may also include information you submit about other people; for example, the name and address (e-mail and postal) of an order recipient. We only use the information to deliver your requested products or services. We do not share your information with third parties.
11. You can modify your personal information anytime. Simply go to the Your Account link located at the top of the Bid for Buy.com homepage. You can update any of your personal information by choosing which information you would like to update; for example, your address book or reminder service. You will then be taken to where you can edit or submit new information.
12. Bid for Buy is the delivery service provider and we do not produce any of the products that we supply. Any health issue caused by any product is not Bid for Buy responsibility. We will disclose the full details of the supplier or producer to our customers or the recipient if it is requested to log a dispute with the appropriate authority.
